What To Wear In The Bahamas/ What To Wear In Nassau Bahamas
As far as what to wear in the Bahamas and what to wear in Nassau Bahamas goes, here are the main do’s and don’ts to follow.
- Do: dress comfortably
This is a must! This is your vacay, so be comfortable! If you hate wearing heels, then opt for a sandal or sneaker. If you don’t feel like wearing a purse, take a mini backpack (see #7 below for our favorite chic mini backpack for travel). You don’t have to compromise comfort for cuteness.
- Do: layer at night
During some of the colder months in the Bahamas, like January, be sure to bring a shall or lightweight jacket along so that you don’t catch a chill.
- Don’t: go overboard with flashy jewelry
We know it’s tempting, but you should always try to limit flashy jewelry when traveling. Since you are not familiar with the area, you should exercise caution and try not to bring too much attention to yourself. Although we have included jewelry options with most of the Bahamas vacation outfit ideas below, we advise that you save that jewelry for rendezvous around the resort and NOT around the island. 1. This first look is so relaxed and easy to throw on. You can wear the dress over your swimsuit to the pool or beach, or by itself for a day of exploring the Bahamas.
